What I learned from completing the Spartan Trifecta this year
I’m grateful for all the CrossFit instructors and everyone who made it possible for me to complete such a challenge. The Mount Killington one back to back was extremely difficult. I’m glad I was able to push myself beyond what I thought was capable.
