Accountability and the value of coaching

“Go as far as you can see; when you get there, you’ll be able to see further.” -Thomas Carlyle

Sometimes it’s harder to see the big picture when you taking days step by step. That is why it is wise to have a coach to help you plan for the big visionary goals out there.

Routines become a habit when you plan things out and just trust the process. For example, my 5 things I am grateful for every morning started with my coach at the time Chris Wong and it has become such a routine that it automatic for me.

He also encouraged me and held me accountability for running a few miles a day for 3-4 times a week and today I am grateful for being blessed to be extremely healthy in great shape and one of the best body fat percentages I have ever had in my life while being at the weight I would like to be.

Starting is a crucial step for most people but the consistency and seeing the bigger picture will help you get to where you would like to be. Having accountability partners is key and having a coach to check in with you weekly greatly increases your probability of doing it because it is so much easier to take a day off and rest because you have other “things” to do but even the greatest athletes and executives of all time have coaches to help them stay true to their word.

Let me help you figure out your grand dreams and together we will help design a life you are proud of with no regrets.
