The power of meditation and just being with

I so glad I started. The ability to be more present in this world of social media and with all of the distractions out there. There is something really nice about just being in silence and not having to think about the future for even half an hour.

I recommend for anyone of you who are stressed out to check it out. I have been able to concentrate on the present moment much more easily nowadays. Like with any other new practice. It is sort of weird in the beginning but once you get the hang out it. It can be very powerful.
