Choosing Differently from Being a People Pleaser
I wanted to share with you some of my breakthroughs about communication being direct with me and making bold requests.
It used to be difficult for me to ask for things or even being able to receive help.
These are my top 5 breakthroughs from participating in Landmark’s Team Management and Leadership Program
- Being Direct and Concise in Communication (less is more)
- Not okay with Nos and rejection
- Being able to think bigger and come commitment vs identity
- Being a leader I now listen to myself as a leader and its caused me to see myself much differently. Why not me vs why me?
- Freedom and ease in life. Life doesn’t have to be so difficult wow what a breakthrough!
