“Pre-plan ways to do these methods in advance if you have to. For example, if you take public transportation, make sure you’ve got a pen and pad with you for scripting or gratitude stacking during the ride. And if you drive to work and need both hands on the wheel, hit the record button on your phone and do some spoken scripting instead. And if you’re never alone in the car, take a five minute walk by yourself and do it before you leave for the day. Whatever it takes! Bottomline, this will only work if you stay consistent. And even just five minutes a day of ANY of the methods in this book will do more for you than you could ever imagine. So don’t let excuses get in your way. Stay on track.”
