Taking Intelligence Risks

My good friend Edwin Aristor complimented me the other day, which I appreciated. He said Davidson is a smart guy who takes intelligent risks. I’m glad everything worked out, and there were so many times in my life where I was questioned my decisions. Is it wise to leave LinkedIn, which is one of the most highly sought-after companies to work for? I’m so grateful for LinkedIn Learning because it helps me break into the world of Training, Learning and Development. I absolutely love working with L&D professionals because they are good people, and they are people I enjoy chatting about upleveling and upskilling the workforce. For every decision I’ve made in my lifetime, there was always someone who questioned whether it was the right move. Not being influenced by what other says is hard sometimes, especially if you are feedback-driven or if you are younger in your chapter, you tend to lean on others, mentors, and coaches.

I can honestly say that the universe aligned in the way it did and although it was painful to have to go through so many moments like my parent’s divorce us moving around as much as we did it allowed me to learn more about myself to eliminate some of the gaps and purposely seek out opportunities that made my money. I am positive if I lived in a more “upbeat” upbringing with less stability, I wouldn’t be able to adapt to so many changes.

I can connect the dots and see that all of the struggles in me being last in the mile to running an Ultra Beast Spartan, which is a 15-hour race up in a mountain, or being short and getting poor Nutrition and becoming a Nutrition major how that affects me. I’m grateful that my parents tried their best, and I know that no one is perfect. We all have areas of opportunities. I was reflecting the other day and was crying because I’m so happy that I have my mom, my wife, sisters, friends, and so many people that love and care for me and vice versa. I care for so many people that I am moved to tears sometimes by the communities that I am apart of and how I’ve been able to cultivate this life that really works. The quality and depth of conversations I have nowadays blow my mind.
If you are afraid to take a risk, especially if you have golden handcuffs, I’m giving you permission right now to make that move, and spend that money on that fantastic vacation or trip that you will never forget. Although paying your kids for college is noble, how do we know college will even be worth it 15-20 years from now? We don’t. Go after it, and there isn’t anything as a poor decision because some of our most questionable moves can be teachers in our lives. Even the worse jobs helped me see something.

Purpose: I create an empowering context for curious and hungry people looking for fulfillment, experiences, and creativity. We do this by developing their growth mindset, introducing self-love, and powerful group experiences. It results in people with strong boundaries, resilient mental health, and practical life skills

People leave with the ability to land their dream job, have autonomy and flexibility with their lifestyle, travel the world, and create from their heart and soul.

Davidson was once broke, insecure, low-confidence, and frustrated by doing all the wrong activities. Addicted to drugs, validation, and wallowing in self-pity. No relationship to family, and at the mercy of other people’s suggestions and opinions.

It was hell.

After spending $100k hiring different coaches, traveling the world doing workshops around the world, reading>1000 books, and through curiosity, have created the most effective system to remove people from that situation. My life’s work is to bring joy and abundance to people who as on a similar path as I was and bring back the joy and abundance of their life.

Through shared experiences and storytelling, I inspire and model behaviors that lead to a richer, more fulfilled life full of joy, experiences, passion, and ecstasy from the richness of relationships and being able to experience the depths of the human experience.
