Something greater than yourself…
Over the past few weeks so much in my life has shifted. I have reconnected with old friends, mentors. My family relationships have gotten better. Being authentic has opened up trust and less self judgment. We are all our own worst critic. The stories we tell ourselves give us “strength” or so we think they do.
I had such a powerful conversation with my mentor coach yesterday and I cannot believe how I enrolled so many people in my sad story. When I come from a place that is bigger than just myself, opportunities and relationships flourish. I am no longer thinking about just Davidson. I think about my girlfriend, my family, my friends, my colleagues. Even at work, at Cheetah Digital formally known as Experian Marketing Services- Cross Channel Marketing. I can see all of the moving pieces diligently working together to run a well oiled machine. What I do is no longer just to feed me or to buy myself a nice new pair of pants from Uniqlo.
It is amazing how much power something greater than yourself can give. Call it spirit, the universe god or whatever you want to. Spirituality is something than I have struggled with for a long time. It sometimes has a bad rap.
Spirituality since I have choose to embrace it has made me realize and want to be more authentic. I no longer have to care about portraying a certain image.
The connection and relationships become more organic, authentic and more meaningful. I went to a BNI chapter to sub the other day and there was just a deeper level of connection. I was no longer worried about how I looked or say. I was able to just listen, be there and just be present. It was such a powerful experience.
I challenge you all, what opportunities can come from believing in something greater than yourself?
For me, it has opened up doors to reconnect with old friends, new and old mentors reaching back out to me to offer support, guidance, accountability. I cannot stress how important accountability is. It is so much easier to go back to your automatic ways of being. I for one, know how much more optimistic people are compared to what actually gets done on paper. There are a lot of you accomplishing so many great things but there is no such thing as a self made man or woman. We as emotional beings are influenced by every action, book, or lack of action there is.
I used to think I was a “self made” man in the sense that I was pretty independent. But the more I tried to fight it, the more I realized how many people have influenced my decisions good or bad. Giving that power away to someone did not serve me. Now that I choose to make my own decisions and choose to live the life I want for myself. Not due to excuses or circumstances that arrived in my life due to my interpretation of a story.
Thank you everyone for your support and always challenging me to think of a different perspective. It really has shed light on how I approach life. I will choose to be empowered instead of let my automatic ways of being to do what I normally do which has lead me to right here.
I am grateful for the challenges because it does give me a nice contrast and perspective to truly appreciate life the good and the bad. =)
If you guys want to catch up free feel to reach out to me. People often say they feel bad reaching out for help but I have notice the most successful people don’t do everything on their own, they are resourceful, helpful, pay it forward and is always willing to help out a friend.

Purpose: I create an empowering context for curious and hungry people looking for fulfillment, experiences, and creativity. We do this by developing their growth mindset, introducing self-love, and powerful group experiences. It results in people with strong boundaries, resilient mental health, and practical life skills
People leave with the ability to land their dream job, have autonomy and flexibility with their lifestyle, travel the world, and create from their heart and soul.
Why:
Davidson was once broke, insecure, low-confidence, and frustrated by doing all the wrong activities. Addicted to drugs, validation, and wallowing in self-pity. No relationship to family, and at the mercy of other people’s suggestions and opinions.
It was hell.
After spending $100k hiring different coaches, traveling the world doing workshops around the world, reading>1000 books, and through curiosity, have created the most effective system to remove people from that situation. My life’s work is to bring joy and abundance to people who as on a similar path as I was and bring back the joy and abundance of their life.
Through shared experiences and storytelling, I inspire and model behaviors that lead to a richer, more fulfilled life full of joy, experiences, passion, and ecstasy from the richness of relationships and being able to experience the depths of the human experience.
