Love Letter to Myself

We are often our own worst critic. Let change the script with this exercise in spending 5 minutes to write a love letter to yourself.

Dear Davidson,

You have impacted so many lives through what you are doing for Streetwise Partners, Imentor, Pencil, Orphans Future Alliance, and through your posts for the Reddit Sales Community.

I’m so proud of you for winning the SPIFF 4 weeks in a row. If all of your efforts will pay dividends. You completing the hatred with your dad is so inspiring and really goes to show that anything is possible through this.

Even during this NextLevel coaching program you are practicing lessons and stepping up and going outside your comfort zone.

Thank you for all of the lives you touch on a daily basis. All of the social impact work and your contribution to creating a fostering a community of inclusion, diversity, and Belonging.

This exercise is freeing and it is fine to own your own greatness once in awhile. You lift others up daily. You fitness and meditation goals/consistency and the books you read every day is inspiring. Sharing with others your gift of excitement and coaching-related topics has already impacted so many people. You are enough and you are perfect the way you are. Keep up the good work and I can’t wait to see what you continue to create with your brilliance and creativity.

Next simple exercise is to write a Love Letter for someone else. (5 minutes)

Love letter to Mother,

Thank you another awesome Mother’s day!

I’m glad you are opening up about your past and what happened. I can’t wait to write a story about your past. Your big heart has helped Jenny, Tina, and I live amazing lives where we can love everyone and our friends/family.

Your cooking and big heart is such a strong example of what’s possible when you cook with Love.

Thank you for moving to the United States and I am happy we now all have a life where we can live in a place where its easy to make money and to travel and do fun things. I cannot wait to explore Vietnam with you, Jenny, and Tina.

Our family is so lucky to have you care about everyone, Uncle John, Jacob, Lexi, and all of your family members when you come back to give them presents and pay for their foods.

I’m so happy you came to visit me at Accomplishment Coaching and when you came as my guest for the TriNet Holiday party that was beautiful. Everyone was so happy to meet you. Sorry, I’m grumpy sometimes. I’m not perfect but you still love us the same even when we are not that nice to you.  We love you forever mommy!

Purpose: I create an empowering context for curious and hungry people looking for fulfillment, experiences, and creativity. We do this by developing their growth mindset, introducing self-love, and powerful group experiences. It results in people with strong boundaries, resilient mental health, and practical life skills

People leave with the ability to land their dream job, have autonomy and flexibility with their lifestyle, travel the world, and create from their heart and soul.

Why:

Davidson was once broke, insecure, low-confidence, and frustrated by doing all the wrong activities. Addicted to drugs, validation, and wallowing in self-pity. No relationship to family, and at the mercy of other people’s suggestions and opinions.

It was hell.

After spending $100k hiring different coaches, traveling the world doing workshops around the world, reading>1000 books, and through curiosity, have created the most effective system to remove people from that situation. My life’s work is to bring joy and abundance to people who as on a similar path as I was and bring back the joy and abundance of their life.

Through shared experiences and storytelling, I inspire and model behaviors that lead to a richer, more fulfilled life full of joy, experiences, passion, and ecstasy from the richness of relationships and being able to experience the depths of the human experience.
