Forgiveness is truly a gift
I was so angry and bitter. I was asked to resign from being the LinkedIn Alliance NYC Office Lead position, a volunteer position! How can I resign from something that I’m not even getting paid for? I was furious… Luckily because of this self-development program called Landmark’s Team Management and Leadership Program, I was working with my coach Leya, and she asked me where else does this show up in life?
I was so angry at someone who honestly was holding me to a higher standard of excellence and was standing for my integrity. I was someone who always rebelled, and I enjoyed that rebellion it gave me a sense of being right. Sometimes we enjoy being right more than we enjoy peace and freedom.
One of the reasons why I left LinkedIn was because I had such a bitter taste in my mouth about the politics that come with working for a massive corporation like LinkedIn. 90% of what I remember about LinkedIn are all still great memories about serving as the Social Impact volunteer king. I loved the feeling and purpose of contributing so many great causes in Streetwise Partners, IMentor, BuildOn, Pencil, and putting together so many extraordinary events for the LinkedIn Asian Alliance.
I’m not going to lie, I get away with a lot because of my likability and my people-pleasing tendencies. It’s served me to a certain degree, and has been my crutch in getting away with things because I know how to make people smile, laugh, and like me.
He was put in a challenging situation because of my need to want to be acknowledged and be in the limelight. I sensed some jealousy as well. Taking 100% responsibility, I see that my actions have consequences, and it doesn’t matter what my intention is if the impact is that people were hurt. Like it or not, politics and conflict management arises in every organization whether we choose to be with our impact or not.
Self-forgiveness is a practice, and forgiving others gives you freedom. I now feel 100 lbs lighter what a beautiful feeling!

Purpose: I create an empowering context for curious and hungry people looking for fulfillment, experiences, and creativity. We do this by developing their growth mindset, introducing self-love, and powerful group experiences. It results in people with strong boundaries, resilient mental health, and practical life skills
People leave with the ability to land their dream job, have autonomy and flexibility with their lifestyle, travel the world, and create from their heart and soul.
Why:
Davidson was once broke, insecure, low-confidence, and frustrated by doing all the wrong activities. Addicted to drugs, validation, and wallowing in self-pity. No relationship to family, and at the mercy of other people’s suggestions and opinions.
It was hell.
After spending $100k hiring different coaches, traveling the world doing workshops around the world, reading>1000 books, and through curiosity, have created the most effective system to remove people from that situation. My life’s work is to bring joy and abundance to people who as on a similar path as I was and bring back the joy and abundance of their life.
Through shared experiences and storytelling, I inspire and model behaviors that lead to a richer, more fulfilled life full of joy, experiences, passion, and ecstasy from the richness of relationships and being able to experience the depths of the human experience.
