Sharing with you my takeaways from recently joining the program not too long ago About Nick Tan Founder @ Agency Profits I was born in Malaysia and my family immigrated to Canada to give me better education and opportunities for a better life. My parents sacrificed a ton to be able to have a roof over my head. To pay for university, I ran a small window cleaning & house painting business in the summers. I was on the way to becoming a corporate lawyer, but through running my small businesses I fell in love with entrepreneurship. After going door to door for 4 years to generate leads for my house painting business, I knew there was a better way. I got my start by learning how to run social media ads to generate house painting leads. From there, I grew my house painting business to a whopping 6 figures and my life changed. I then created my digital marketing agency and went all in on entrepreneurship – leaving my 9-5 and ditching law school. I started helping local businesses generate leads and customers through social media and grew that business to 7 figures a few years later. These days, I manage my whitelabel agency and teach aspiring agency owners the skill set of digital marketing so they can go help local businesses. Davidson was once broke, insecure, low-confidence, and frustrated by doing all the wrong activities. Addicted to drugs, validation, and wallowing in self-pity. No relationship to family, and at the mercy of other people’s suggestions and opinions.
It was hell.
After spending $100k hiring different coaches, traveling the world doing workshops around the world, reading>1000 books, and through curiosity, have created the most effective system to remove people from that situation. My life’s work is to bring joy and abundance to people who as on a similar path as I was and bring back the joy and abundance of their life.
Through shared experiences and storytelling, I inspire and model behaviors that lead to a richer, more fulfilled life full of joy, experiences, passion, and ecstasy from the richness of relationships and being able to experience the depths of the human experience.
