Daily accountabilities

Thank you, Jeff Zacharski.

In the men’s group that I’ve created, we are paired up with a buddy for the month. We’ve created this accountability group where I have shared that every day I want to accomplish stretching, staying hydrated with at least eight glasses of water, blogging 5x a week, Journaling, Meditation, working out, 15k steps a day, and finishing my unresolved emails.
Day 1 was a success. We use this app called HabitShare, where it free you can download on ios or through the Playstore. I was proud of myself for blogging and releasing episodes. I was able to raise $275 for the Orphans Future Alliance in one day, so I am very proud of myself for being able to do that.

Reflecting back ten years ago, when I was into my super senior year, I have grown so much, and I honestly couldn’t predict the life I have for myself. In the past month along, I have been able to do a panel event with Pencil sharing my career journey with 66 students, present about LinkedIn to the Grand Caymans Rotary club, been able to be proud of my results sales wise, make an impact and be able to be a career coach helping others achieve their goals. It feels nice to be able to acknowledge yourself, especially as someone who is used to acknowledging other people. When you do acknowledge others, I have learned that it’s also a reflection of yourself. But the same goes for when I judge or criticize others its often an insecurity I’m feeling myself. For instance, when I listen to someone speak, and he or she is using a lot of filler words, those are things I’m working on myself.

Toastmasters has been a lot of fun, and I’ve recently become the VP of Public Relationships for both the Microsoft and LinkedIn Toastmaster’s clubs. I happy with my progress, and I see the value of going outside my comfort zone. Something that is rewarding about putting effort and time into something where you can never truly master. Life is a bunch of trial and error, and public speaking is such a valuable skill. I notice that the more you put yourself out there, the more others can relate to your story. I’m good at being vulnerable, but some areas of opportunity to have structure or plan what I am going to say. Being prepared is half of the battle and practicing your speech many times. I notice I tend to gravitate towards the table topics, which are the unplanned speeches.

Day 2 of the daily blog challenge for a whole month, we’ll see how this goes. My friend Derlys inspires me with her daily blogs and she’s been doing it for over a year so kudos to her for the consistency and discipline. Thanks for reading this and I hope you have an incredible day. Cheers!
Today, I’m grateful for my beautiful Samantha’s Love and Affection. I’m truly blessed.

I’m also grateful for my mother’s unconditional Love, and it makes me tear when I think of how much she loves us.
I’m happy that I will be a homeowner this year and that I have the opportunity to hire one of my best friends as a realtor.
I’m grateful for Pan being such a consistent support system and for Mark Hunter being my coach. He’s terrific, and I’ve learned so much already. The results are incredibly satisfying.
I’m also grateful for you reading this as I continue to practice writing making it a healthy habit of mine. Have a beautiful day, all!

Purpose: I create an empowering context for curious and hungry people looking for fulfillment, experiences, and creativity. We do this by developing their growth mindset, introducing self-love, and powerful group experiences. It results in people with strong boundaries, resilient mental health, and practical life skills

People leave with the ability to land their dream job, have autonomy and flexibility with their lifestyle, travel the world, and create from their heart and soul.

Why:

Davidson was once broke, insecure, low-confidence, and frustrated by doing all the wrong activities. Addicted to drugs, validation, and wallowing in self-pity. No relationship to family, and at the mercy of other people’s suggestions and opinions.

It was hell.

After spending $100k hiring different coaches, traveling the world doing workshops around the world, reading>1000 books, and through curiosity, have created the most effective system to remove people from that situation. My life’s work is to bring joy and abundance to people who as on a similar path as I was and bring back the joy and abundance of their life.

Through shared experiences and storytelling, I inspire and model behaviors that lead to a richer, more fulfilled life full of joy, experiences, passion, and ecstasy from the richness of relationships and being able to experience the depths of the human experience.
